Question 1

Which payment options can you use at checkout?

Accepted Answer

You can pay with major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. Your checkout is secure, so you can shop with confidence.

Question 2

What is your return policy in the United States?

Accepted Answer

You can return your mat within 30 days of delivery if you are in the United States. Return shipping costs apply. Once we receive your mat back, we will issue your refund. To keep your mat in great shape, wash it gently in cold water, then hang it to dry away from direct sunlight.

Question 3

How does shipping work for US and international orders?

Accepted Answer

We ship from the USA. US orders are typically dispatched within 2-7 business days. For worldwide shipping, your mat is delivered via UPS, FedEx, or DHL and usually arrives within 7-21 business days. If you need more help, you can check our Shipping & Returns page or contact us at info@elematz.com.

Question 4

How do I check whether the mat fits my reformer?

Accepted Answer

Before ordering, measure the flat usable length and width of your reformer carriage, then measure the headrest area separately. Note the position of the shoulder rests and any openings the mat must clear. Reformer dimensions vary, so compatibility with every model is not guaranteed. Email info@elematz.com with your reformer brand, model and measurements for help checking fit before you buy. Reformer equipment is not included.

Question 5

What is the mat made from?

Accepted Answer

ELEMATZ reformer mats combine a soft suede fabric surface with a natural rubber base. Place the rubber side against the reformer carriage and the suede fabric side facing up. The mat provides a personal layer on the carriage and folds for carrying between home and the studio.

Question 6

What comes with my ELEMATZ mat?

Accepted Answer

Your order includes one ELEMATZ Pilates reformer mat in your selected color and one gray zip carry pouch. The mat has a soft suede fabric surface and a natural rubber base. Reformer equipment and other accessories shown in lifestyle photos are not included. Check your selected color and reformer fit before ordering.

Question 7

Why bring a personal mat to reformer Pilates?

Accepted Answer

A personal reformer mat gives you your own washable surface between you and the carriage. ELEMATZ folds into its included carry pouch, so you can bring the same mat from home to your studio session. Check fit before use and follow your studio’s equipment and cleaning instructions. The mat does not replace routine cleaning of the reformer.

Question 8

How do I clean my ELEMATZ mat?

Accepted Answer

Machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Hang to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight. Let the mat dry completely before folding it into the carry pouch.

Question 9

Can I take the mat to my Pilates studio?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The mat folds into the included gray zip carry pouch for travel between home and the studio. Let it dry completely before packing it. Before your first session, check that the mat fits the reformer and follow your studio’s equipment guidelines.
